It’s National Walking Day, celebrated on April 7th. Lace up your shoes, put one foot in front of the other, and get your body moving. On National Walking Day improve your circulation and mood as you raise awareness about the importance of physical activity.

How will you celebrate National Walking Day? Here are 5 Ways to celebrate:

1.      Take a walk with a friend.

2.      Do a racewalk.

3.      Walk as a family after dinner.

4.      Walk at lunchtime.

5.      Park further away – when shopping park away from the store entrance, and make your steps count.
