It’s Wellness
Wednesday and day nine of our countdown to Christmas. Let’s make friends with a
fitness routine. Today we’ll explore nine exercises you can try at home if you
desire. If you haven’t exercised in a long time go easy on yourself.
As always,
consult your physician before beginning an exercise routine. I’m not an expert,
just a regular person seeking to improve my fitness level as well.
